5月7日，郴州陆港物流基地建设项目施工现场，工人正在总部经济大楼外开展高空作业，安装玻璃幕墙。郴州陆港物流基地建设项目为2024年省重点建设项目，项目工程内容涵盖房建、市政、铁路三大专业，分总部经济大楼和铁路1号线、铁路2号线三大区域施工。项目建成后，将降低企业物流成本，带动湘品、郴品快速融入中非、中欧、东盟新通道“经济圈”，成为湖南省对外开放的“桥头堡”。目前，铁路1号线货物堆场已经完工，总部经济大楼预计今年6月份正式投入使用。
