text-indent: 2em;\">学校定位是应用型大学，教学必须服务本地，任慧慧的教学理念很清晰。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em;\">学校推行工作室制，学生凭兴趣选择方向，师生“看对眼”了便携手同行。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em;\">于是，任慧慧从零开始筹建工作室、争取设备、组建团队。任慧慧感慨：“学校给了我们很大支持。”</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em;\">“走出去，去沙洲村听‘半条被子’的故事，去古村落看木雕上的神韵，创作就有了根。”她鼓励学生。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em;\">学生们思维很活跃，乡村变迁、科幻想象、先锋表达等都努力尝试，任慧慧只管帮他们解决“刻不动”“印不好”的难题，她笑称自己是“技术顾问”而非“总导演”。</p><p style=\"text-align:center; text-indent: 2em;\">工作室有5位老师，每人带10名左右的学生。在项目实战和展览目标驱动下，任慧慧坦言她被学生“反超”：“他们玩转AI绘图、国外新软件，翻墙学技术比我溜多了！后生可畏，我也得向他们‘偷师’。”</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em;\">教学之外，任慧慧在版画创作领域成就斐然，尤其聚焦“一带一路”主题。她以“西歌行”为题的系列木刻版画，五年间创作四十余件，用刻刀描绘古丝路在新时代焕发的生机，展现中华文明的当代力量。</p><p style=\"text-align:center;
