height: 456px;\"></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\"><strong>向荒地要效益</strong></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">“这里原先杂草比人还高。”曾利平指着眼前的土地告诉记者，为了抢抓农时，他调集了7台挖掘机同时作业，“爻山村和湘溪村的这200多亩荒地，一个星期内全部开完。”</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">今年，曾利平的早稻种植计划是3000多亩，遍布珠泉镇的白石塘、爻山、湘溪等多个村庄。用他的话说，政策好，荒地也能变黄金。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">令人意外的是，这位意气风发的种粮大户，竟是个“跨界者”。从办牛场、经营乡宴到转型种粮，曾利平仅用了三年时间：前年种了700多亩，去年扩大到5000多亩，今年早中晚稻计划种植7000亩以上。如此底气从何而来？</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; height: 600px;\"></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\"><strong>享政策有底气</strong></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">站在新垦的土地上，曾利平掰着指头和记者算起了补贴账。根据嘉禾县现行政策，种粮大户的“红利”确实不少：稻谷目标价格补贴、适度规模经营补贴、双季稻奖补、农机购置补贴……各项惠农政策叠加，让种粮农民底气更足。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">“开荒免三年租金，早稻有补贴，双季稻有奖补，种得好还有单产提升补贴。”曾利平如数家珍，“以前总觉得搞农业回报慢，现在各项政策叠加，扩种的信心就更足了。”<br style=\"box-sizing: content-box; outline: none !important; padding: 0px; list-style-type: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
